These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Escalation Ninja ("the Service"), operated by The Polyglot Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Escalation Ninja is a Slack-integrated application that automates the creation and management of escalation channels, optionally integrated with platforms like Jira. The Service may offer both free and paid subscription plans.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse it in any way, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, or violating Slack's policies.

3. Account Access

Access to Escalation Ninja is granted via your Slack workspace. By installing the Service, you authorize us to interact with your workspace in accordance with the permissions you grant during installation. Tokens are securely stored and encrypted.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

For Pro-tier users, billing is managed via Stripe. You agree to the pricing, renewal terms, and payment methods described at the time of subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically, and continued use of the Service implies acceptance of any changes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
